I am usually getting upto 200mbps ethernet and 78mbps wireless. Since last night dropped below 90mbps ethernet and wireless 24mbps. I called technical support and have been told a lot of misleading and incorrect information saying my internet can only handle 100 mbps despite I am on a contract for speed upto 200mps and have been for the past 6 months.
Please look into the above as I should be getting up to 200 mbps and paying for it.
Sorry to hear about your recent slow speeds. I've taken a look and I don't see any explanation for this right now so I'm hoping it's gone back to normal now. If not, are you able to test the speed with your Hub in Modem Mode.
