Broadband issues

I got engineer comeing tomorrow however first day I fitted virgin was getting 55mbps and now I struggle to get 15 also wrong adaptor for my connection

Welcome to the community Smiley Happy I'm sorry to hear speeds haven't matched expectations since the first day you had your connection.
