Broadband issue

Hello guys. I have problem. Every night I have really slow internet connection. My internet is VIVID 100 Optical Fibre. Always is high ping on battlefield 4 online game.  Before when I just got internet was everything perfect. High speed and low ping. Now when My virgin contract finished, Virgin just renew my contract. I and virgin consultant tried couple times reset my virgin router, but it's not help P.S. after this help I got from EE mobile bills 20 pounds more!!!! I tried reinstall windows 7 pro on my high end PC. Now I paying ~ 37 pounds per month just for broadband where I can't use it.  Please see my speed test results. I hope something will be change after this post, if not I'll be forced to change this broadband to another.

 P.S. sorry for my damaged English knowledge.

Hello. Yesterday engineer from virgin was came. He changes my router and said this problem in my area because so many users on one line. Why at night I dont have speed.

I've had a look at the account and I can see that a fault ticket for a high demand for our service in your area has indeed been raised under the reference of F004890494, with a review set for 05/04/2017. This type of fault is known to cause slower speeds during peak times, such as, evenings, etc.

 

I'm really very sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.

Hello guys,

 

Problem is I loosing internet connection every couple minutes, now they change something and internet connection loosing after 10 minutes every time. Sorry guys buts this is not normal and I pay 36 pounds for it every month. But can't use internet. Maybe really time to change your broadband services to another.

I'm very sorry about all of this.

 

I'm unable to detect any further faults, however, it may be worth adjusting the wireless settings to help improve this type of connection.

I have one pc on cable and two smartphones on wifi. All have the same issue. Looks like problem from outside.

Again I have after couple minutes internet down 24/7. And virgin took from me 37 pounds this month bill for " the best" quality internet connection. Looks like they are taunting from me. If u thinking can do it. I will talk with my lawyer and we will decide what we can do with this issue.
