Need help working out why my internet is so slow. For just over a week I've had a very slow connection pretty constantly whether daytime or evening. I'm supposed to have a 150mb connection but my performance seems miles off as the speed test below shows.
I've tried all the reset options but nothing seems to work, any ideas?
Pointless testing wirelessly as it is affected by many factors like client hardware, range, interference and the topography of your home. You will need to test connected directly to the hub by ethernet cable to get the true connection speed.
I have tested your connection but can see reason for the slow speeds aside from low modem SNR on 2 of the connected downstreams.
I think it might be a good idea to arrange for an engineer visit. He/she can get the modem SNR increased to an acceptable level and we can then see how your connection is. It might be that you are afflicted by common WiFi issues but we'll tackle that later if needed.
