Sorry to hear that you're experiencing slow speeds, I know this can be frustrating. Are you using a wireless or hard-wired speed to perform tests? Does you speed fluctuate at different times of the day / night?

wireless to do tests. signed up for text messages with updates, and the one i got was, that Virgin had identified the fault and it should be fixed by Thurs 30 th March 2017. so that is5 days without a decent internet service.
I better be getting a decent refund on my broadband bill !!!!!
