I do apologise for your recent speed issues though I'm not able to find anything wrong when running my diagnostic tests.
Your Hub's power levels are optimal with no timeouts. The network segment to which you connect is free from errors and there are no congestion issues.
Is it just the smart TV you are having problems with?
Is it connected via wireless?
One thing you can do is make sure your TV has the most up-to-date firmware installed.
