Hi there. For the past few months my internet loses connection around 3 or 4 times a day. I have to physically turn the power to the router off and back on again to get it to work again. This does the trick for a couple of hours then it happens again. It happens on all devices, laptops, mobiles and PS4s. It's really frustrating. Please help.
Thanks for posting, sorry to hear about the connection problems. I've run a few checks on your service from this end and everything appears to be in good health with no apparent issues to explain any loss of service.
If problems remain ongoing could you please tell us if this affects both wired and wireless and if there is any change in the Hubs lights when connection is lost.
