Broadband comes and goes

Hi,

My problem is that my broadband comes and goes. Since I have this broadband the speed regularly drops down for hours to few kb/s that is unusable and unacceptable. And this occurs more often.

Anyway I have a 50mb/s broadband but actually it's usually only around 30mb/s. (When it works.)

The test in the router doesn't show fault but the online test always stops before halfway and says it's going to fix the problem. Sometimes works, sometimes not...

Anyone know what could be the issue here?

My apologies that you are experiencing issues with your broadband connection.

 

I've looked at your connection and the upstream power levels are too high. For this I would like to arrange an engineer appointment to adjust these for you. I've sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) with some details for you to confirm please.

Hi,

The engineer came to check out my broadband but he couldn't find any major problem. So he just changed my HUB to a new one and my connection issues seemed to be solved for few days.

But since that everything went back to "normal". My broadband speed is unreliable and mostly far from 50 mbps.

I think the problem is in your network somewhere.
