recently my broadband as gone very slow I have done a speed check and it is showing 5mb and I am paying for 200. Also my catch up and on demand is not working on my tv box. I spoke to a advisor this morning but got nowhere and now keep getting cut off every time I get through to an advisor. Could someone help please or give me a call as the service I am receiving is awful and you will not be receiving any payment till it is sorted

I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and all the levels are looking great at the moment. Are you connecting wired or wirelessly? Does it slow down at certain times of day? Does it affect one device or all of them?
Is the On Demand still not working?
