Broadband Speed

I upgraded to 200mbps with the new modem installed by an engineer Initially I was getting over 200 mbps but it has now dropped to under 100 mbps

 I am paying for 200 mbps but not getting anywhere near that speed this is not acceptable.

Sorry to hear about the slow speeds you're experiencing at the moment. Can I ask if you're testing wireless or hard-wired speeds? Everything looks normal from our end right now so please get back to us so we can investigate further.

I have checked the speed using a wired connection. I have spoken to Virgin several times and am getting different comments, faulty modem, faulty computer etc.

I have now been reduced to 100mbps and I have submitted a complaint by letter. Thank you for your input.
