I have been experiencing download speeds of between 3 and 8 mbps over the last two weeks, but pay for 200mbps, which I have seen prior to mid February. This is not a result of fair useage cap as I have completed a speed test via numerous forums immediately after returning form work to an empty house. This is crazy with the cash I am pouring into Virgin?

Sorry to hear about the slow speeds you're getting, I know this is frustrating. I've taken a look into this and I can see that we're in the process of resolving a fault in your area under ref: F004407686 which is due for review on the 22nd March. This fault can be responsible for reducing speeds during peak time hours.
