Broadband Speed

I have recently 'upgraded' to vivid 100, and yet, since the upgrade has gone through i have noticed the signal strength has deteriorated and when I've conducted 'speed tests' I'm getting a download speed of between 2-12Mbps. Seeing as Im paying (handsomely) for up to 100, how can I ensure that this is, indeed, what I am getting

Sorry to hear you're having speed trouble.

 

I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and everything is looking okay at the moment. Your levels are all within spec and there are no issues with the network in your area.

 

Are you connecting wired or wirelessly?

 

I'd like you to try running a speed test with the hub in Modem Mode to see what kind of results you get.
