Broadband Slowwwwwwwwwww

Hi!

My broadband is going so slowly that I cannot watch YouTube (0.56 Mb a second according to a speed-checker besides your own). I reported this the day before yesterday - rang up, but by the time I had switched to another computer - having been told to - the engineer dealing with it had fled from the telephone - great service as you say!

Please put this right.

I'm sorry to read you are having issues with the broadband speeds. I know how frustrating this can be and would like to help as much as I can.

 

Looking at your connection, the downstream power levels are too low at - 7 dBmV and I would like to arrange an engineer appointment to adjust these for you. I've sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) with some details for you to confirm please.

i will not do that just incase it does it again just keep your engineer to test your line if anything needs replacing to be honstly say

Hi Sam!
Do you think that you could test it once more please as everything thing seems to be 'flying' again now and I wouldn't want an engineer to waste his time. Though I suppose the only thing is will it start to creep again?
