Every night my speed drops from around 104 Mbps in the morning to around 1-2 Mbps. I'm being throttled and its getting rather annoying as i cant even open facebook on my phone while my wife is on hers. Can anyone from Virgin Media advise on this please? i feel that the UP TO 100 MPS is not being met this has happened since my installation in november. ive been told from Virgin that the average for my area is 85 Mbs. Can someone please get in touch as to what i can do.

I've located your account and I can see an issue with the network affecting speeds at peak times - Ref.(F003839144). Our technicians are working to et this resolved as soon as possible and have set a review date of 8th February 2017.
I've also picked up an issue with your Downstream Power levels that will need to be adjusted by a technicians. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can arrange an appointment.
