Broadband DL speed range 0.2-1MBps, package is up to 70MBps
I've recently begun having significant broadband speed issues over the last few days. I ran a speed test and have peak download speed of 1Mpbs, with most tests around 0.1-0.2MBps. I've never had an issue up until now, and my package is up to 70MBps. I ran a test a few months ago and achieved ~40MBps and that was on my previous up to 50MBps subscription.
Please see below for my Downstream and Upstream router diagnostics as I saw posted in a similar thread - apologies for format... not sure how to paste it in the same grid format here. I would also tell you my virgin media area code, however, am having troubles logging in to my main account... I live in Kensington in London.

Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear you're getting poor speeds. I've just checked your connection as well as the stats you've posted and they look healthy at least. I can see that there is a contention fault in the area under ticket F004836430. This will cause poor speeds at peak times such as evenings and weekends and is due for review 22/02/17.
