Broadband 200mb

Hi my name is brian i was getting 200mb but now i am getting just 65mb can you help me just the 1st week i was getting over 200mb speed but now its went sown to just 47mb or up to 75mb whats going on its all  new stuff as well can some one help it lags to much i was getting better with sky thank you.

If you sign in to https://my.virginmedia.com/home/index you can check the service status for your area to see if there is a fault reported. You can also run a test on your broadband and if a fault is determined or not, arrange an engineers home visit on-line.

You can also report a fault or get technical help, also claim a refund for services not obtained by dialing 150  as it can take days for a response here on the forum from the Forum team.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your connection.

 

I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and everything is looking great at the moment. Signal levels are all as they should be and there are no network issues in your area.

 

  • Are you connecting wired or wirelessly?
  • Does the slow speed affect multiple devices or just one?
  • Do the slow speeds only occur at certain times of the day?
