There was a problem in my area over the last two weeks, which was affecting my broadband speed. It would be ok for about ten minutes and then slow right down and eventually pause altogether. I stopped using it, as it was so frustrating. I rang and complained and they said it was supposed to be fixed by 28/11/16. It seemed ok the last two days and now it has started again with the same pattern. Seem unable to get thro to support as always busy. HELP.........

I've located your account and I can see you've already had a technician to take a look at this. I have run a diagnostic on your equipment and I can still see issues with your downstream power levels that need to be adjusted.
