I have run a few speed tests over the last couple of years, I think i have had the serviceI pay for about twice.
Fault after Fault, over utilisation etc..
I have paid for a 200mbps service and you haven't delivered since 2015. I've made phone calls mainly when frustrated but am now considering contacting the Ombudsman.
Other people in my area have left Virgin and get better service from 70mbs DSL lines than I do with a supposedly 200mbps Cable service.
I will let you see the results of 2 years of Speed tests (mostly to the Virgin speed test Server) and let me know what you wish to do about the problem before I request a Deadlock letter and file the complaint with the Ombudsman.
I have had fault codes given that promised to resolve the issue several times but have not.
