My connection has been up and down since the early hours of this morning. I am posting this using my mobile phone as my broadband is totally unusable.
I ran the tests from the virgin media customer page and no problems are found. I done a speed test and sometimes I get 1mb up and down and other times I get full speed down and no upload speed at all.
I've restarted the router and modem a couple of times but the problem still exists.

Still having the problem. I have no upload speed and when it does work it's like having dial up. 200mb pfft
I'm posting this with my mobile data once again.
There are big problems on BS11. Please can someone accept that there is a problem?

over utilization issue in BS11 area again. Have just put a post up about it. Estimate fix time is upto a month.
