We've been having really poor speeds and high pings every evening for months now. We've called VM about the issue but apparently there's little they can do as it has something to do with maintenance in the area.
I'm not convinced. Surely there must be something out of the ordinary here.
On a typical evening, the BQM looks like THIS (tonight's).
Gaming is a main hobby of ours, and not being able to play online due to high pings or even watch videos on YouTube is pathetic. Even just browsing the web takes ages, never mind downloading anything!

I've taken a look at your connection and there is a high peak time traffic fault in your area which can cause slow speeds/high pings/latency issues. Our networks team are investigating the problem and are improving bandwidth and performance to help with this issue. The reference number is F003921214 and with a review date of 15th February 2017.
