Joined VM in April last year, during the day speeds are fine but in the evening and at weekends they crash. Has been like this since I signed up. Have tried everything and called up the call centre.
Now we have had an outage for over a day (Tooting area, London). Really is a poor service. Actual evening speeds should be the ones advertised and provided not the speeds when no one else is on!
Industry needs regulation here.

I'm sorry to read you are experiencing slow broadband speeds, during peak hours.
From checking your connection, there is a high peak time traffic fault reported in your area which is causing slow speeds. The reference number is F003901114 and has a review date of 29th March.
