Area 31, RG8 Reading, slow speed and high latency since Nov 22

I've noticed consistently poor performance in the last couple of weeks, and checking with the monitor that I've got running on thinkbroadband, this seemed to start on Nov 22nd.  Three graphs follow, one before, one on Nov 23 and one from yesterday.  Nice reward for the increased bill this month Smiley Sad

There's nothing odd I can see in the modem counters:

I guess I should have tried this before posting originally, but rebooting the Superhub seems to have resolved the issue. I find this a bit surprising as I'm using the Superhub in Modem mode.so wasn't really expecting it could be the cause of increased latency like this.

Today the performance was really bad again - 30Mb down, 3Mb/s up from speedtest, and the latency graph was all over the place since exactly 8am on Dec 14th.  Rebooting the Superhub seems to have fixed it once more.  

So what's changed VM ?

I can see that we're working on a fault in your area which is responsible for reducing speeds during peak time hours. The fault ref is: F004888533 and it's currently due for review on the 29th March.
