I am a new VM BB customer, signed up to the 200mbps package. Very rarely to I get anything above 40mbps, and during "peak" times this can drop down to approx. 20mbps. As a result, I cannot stream content as intended and I understand this is a result of "high local utilization" (NN15 area). I was initially told that this would be resolved via local area upgrade works by mid-April - I called to check the status of this repair and unfortunately have been told this won't be until September now! It's really terrible service.
I cannot use what I am paying for and there doesn't appear to be a happy end in sight.
Over to you Virgin Tech Team....and perhaps try to do this quickly unlike your current BB speeds...
