Area 31 - HP3 slow speeds

Can some one up date me high peak time traffic fault ref F003703912.
The last review date was 14th December.

Getting 1.5Mbps at peak time is now beyond a joke - this issue has been ongoing for ages. 
Imagine going into a pub for a pint  at 10.00 pm on Friday night paying for a pint but getting a thimble of beer - you wouldnt accept it would you? No wonder VM's reputation is on the floor around this area.

Is any work actually scheduled between now and March, or are you hoping the issue is just going to go away on its own?

We will know more about this fault when it's been reviewed in March, until then we won't know much about what's going on. The engineers work to meet review dates and this is when we get a progress report. As soon as we have new info we will update you.

I'm also in Area 31 HP3 and WOW!  1.5Mbps on Vivid 100.  Been bad since before Christmas.  "The server bandwidth is shared" says support.  Yeah, thanks for nothing. Unbelievable!

I'm getting between 5 and 7 Mbps on Hub 2ac

I expect to get between 50 and 70 Mbps

I refuse to pay for a pint when I'm getting a thimblefull

Havn't cancelled the DD yet but am weighing up my options

Not happy with VM for other reasons apart from Broadband

If they reduce my Broadband fees I might not cancel

Don't cancel the direct debit. If you really want to leave then call them up and do it properly as even though they have a fault they will ruin your credit.
