I'm also in Area 31 and first reported issues to them in September - at the time was told resolution would be October 19. Phoned up again this evening as the problem is obviously still there and have now been told January 11th. Do they simply make up dates on the spot?
Thinking about leaving due to this horrific service tbh.
I'm lucky to get 7 Mbps in in the evenings in the CB4 area of Cambridge. Its been like this on and off for the year I've had this account. Can't say I'll be renewing unless there is a massive and consistent improvement.
