Area 28 Issues

This morning I had very bad downloads speeds ranging between 0.01Mbps - 0.13Mbps for a few hours. Upload speeds were not affected. I was having the exact same issue a few weeks ago on several occasions. VM Engineer attended and put a Connector on to reduce my Power Levels. Why has this happened again. What is going on. Is my Superhub 3 faulty somehow? There must be something happening that is causing these very bad dips in my download speed. Im using wired CAT 6 network cable.

Re: Area 28 Issues

Download speeds have died again as of 13.53pm 11/12/16. 0.01 Mbps. Need to use 3G to post this reply.

Download speeds are 0.01Mbps from wired PC and wireless on my iPhone, I cannot even sign into Xbox Live.

What is going on?

Re: Area 28 Issues

Once again download speeds have died late this morning 0.02Mbps.

This is becoming too frequent now, what is going on.

It's clearly obvious there is issues in Area28.

Thanks

Re: Area 28 Issues

Could be an intermittent SNR issue.

Can you post your router downstream and upstream power levels?

And if possible post again when your internet is dying.

Well last night after 9pm my download speeds died again once again speeds of 0.01Mbps.

I have setup a Broadband Monitoring graph from Thinkbroadband and Im going to keep my Superhub 3 switched on 24/7.  I have noticed there were dropped packets after 9pm.    Also roundabout 1.30am.
