Area 25 - slow broadband

Hello

Been experiencing slower broadband speeds lately, possibly since we were automatically upgraded to 70Mbps. Webpages take noticeably longer to load but the main issue for us is that we're struggling to play console games online anymore (other half complaining about lag/ping?).

Really sorry to hear about the connection issue experienced. Smiley Sad

 

I've had a look at your account and there does appear to be an issue present with the Modem SNR upstream level. I would like to arrange for an engineer to come out and take a look at this.

Hello

I have just signed up for the 200mb package, got everything working completed a broadband test and I'm getting 25mb this is slower than my sky which was a slower package to begin with.

 

Did anyone get this resolved
