Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear you're getting poor speeds. I've just checked your connection and can see no issues from here. There was a SNR fault that was closed yesterday at around 3:30pm that would have caused poor speeds and drop outs. It could also explain those high RS errors. If you're still seeing these poor speeds now that the fault is closed could you reboot your hub and post your RS stats again for us to take a look?
