Over the last week the evening performance has been sub abysmal. And my IP geolocates to Edinburgh! Is there something happening in Peterborough that shouldn't be. I am becoming rather frustrated. Support confirmed odd congestion and network provisioning last night.

My initial tests of your connection aren't revealing any Hub issues. Though the tool we use to analyse capacity at the CMTS wasn't pulling the data until yesterday ( I think my colleague Nic_C flagged that one) so I shall have to allow a further 6 days to pass so that I can look at the data for the week.
This will allow me to correctly identify any capacity issues that may need escalating.
I do hope you don't mind waiting a little longer, but it's important that I diagnose your issue with all the pertinent data to hand.
In the meantime perhaps you could let me know:
What time of day your speeds are reduced
Whether this affects wireless devices or those connected via Ethernet
How many devices are impacted
Anything else that may help me understand what might be causing this.
