Area: 21 - very slow in evenings/weekends

I'm subscribed to the 152Mbps service in area 21. During the day my download speed usually runs at that speed, but in evenings and at weekends (when I want to use it) it is incredibly slow - dropping to around 2Mbps down. Upload is fairly stable at around 10Mbps.

The graph below shows a couple of days of download speeds sampled every 15 mins using speedtest.net. This is a representative sample - the same thing happens every day.Virgin broadband speed 1Feb2017.jpg

Couple more bits of info. I'm using a wired connection. I've attached the downstream and upstream pages from the router's status page (though I doubt the issue is there as it works at full speed during the daytime.)
