Area 21 - Speed performance extremely dissatisfying
Hi, during the last weeks I have experienced a severe degradation of the service. During the evenings my speed goes down to 2-3 Mbit (upload still sit comfortably at >10Mbit lol) and becomes basically unusable.
Can anyone from the Support team please lend an hand?

Thanks for getting in touch to let us know about your issues with slow speeds, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
I have tested your connection form here and I can see that your area cable seems to suffer some load issues, especially during the peak times. We're planning to undertake some upgrades to parts of our external network in your area in order to combat this.
The upgrades will be to improve bandwidth and performance during the peak hours, the reference number for this is F003803786 and is currently scheduled for a review around the end of March.
One of my colleagues will be along with some more information, thanks for your patience with this matter.
