Area 21 SW London Slow Speeds

Hi

Is the area over-subscribed?

For the last month the peak speeds have been pretty rubbish with high pings.

I pay for 200Mb and get that during the day when I'm at work but around 10Mb or so in the evening when I am actually around to use it.

Surely its not too much to expect to get something near what I pay for, especially seeing all the advertising for Vivid.

I am afraid it is too much to ask for from Virgin media. SW2 has been suffering from peak time congestion for over 2 years.

You won't get a honest answer from virgin about what is happening. What you will get is a arbitrary 'review' date which means nothing and will keep getting pushed back.

Your best bet is to leave.
