Area 21 SE7 Very Slow

I have a recently got a new connection in SE7 area. My speeds are too slow to stream Netflix and I have not hit speeds over 10-15mbps. Is there any issue in the area? My PS4 game took 8 hours to update itself.

Speed is now down to 3mbp, iplayer and Netflix unwatchable. Anyone else having the issues in Greenwich?

Hi Josh, just called up customer services yesterday as well..

Download speed in the evenings is down to 1.4Mbps. It is extremely annoying to go home and not be able to do anything online.
Can I open a complaint? and if this is not resolved in a reasonable time I will have to leave Virgin and go to BT Infinity.

I am in SE3 and had this issue for 2+ Years which has now been pushed back to MARCH! 

 

They will NOT fix it so just do yourself a favour and find someone else.

I have been told that F003933493 would be fixed by Dec 24. I am willing to wait till that long for a fix, Virgin would be a good service if it actually worked as advertised.

I am in SE3 ( We have different fault numbers ) but i have been told the 29th of March now.
