Area 21 Broadband messup

I have been experiencing slow internet since last 2 weeks now and I am really feed up with the same. I work from home at times and I am not able to connect to websites even. My package is 100 MBPS and I am getting connectivity for 1.5, which is ridiculous.

Kindly suggest me what to do and why should I not change Virgin ASAP.

Sorry but I don't live in area 21 I'm from area 31 lol, what you can do is do a live chat with virgin or call then on 0800 064 3839 - option 4.

I'm in Area 21, it's OK during the day but terrible in the evening. I've been doing a closer monitoring today.

Around 4:30PM is about 23Mbps. 6PM: 12 Mbps. 8PM: 3Mbps. Often around 7PM - 10PM it will be just under 2Mbps.

It was up/down in the past year or so but this few weeks have been really bad.

And just did another test, < 2Mbps now. Brilliant ... not!

Same here in area 21 SE9. Crap at peak times for months now. All they do is push back the fix date month by month

My apologies that you are having an issue with your broadband connection.

 

I've taken a look at your account, the downstream power levels are too low at - 7 dBmV and the upstream is at + 52 dBmV. I would like to book an engineer to have a look at these for you. I've sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) with some details for you to confirm please.
