I have been experiencing slow internet since last 2 weeks now and I am really feed up with the same. I work from home at times and I am not able to connect to websites even. My package is 100 MBPS and I am getting connectivity for 1.5, which is ridiculous.
Kindly suggest me what to do and why should I not change Virgin ASAP.

I've taken a look at your account, the downstream power levels are too low at - 7 dBmV and the upstream is at + 52 dBmV. I would like to book an engineer to have a look at these for you. I've sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) with some details for you to confirm please.
