Area 20 worse than ever

So, after an hour and twenty three minutes on the phone to support tonight. I've now got another engineer out this Thursday. Speeds are the slowest they've ever been. Getting about 0.30 Mbps. So fed up with it.

Go to your Superhub Log in screen

Do NOT log in.

Little button top right.....


Can you post Upstream, Downstream and Network logs.



Screen caps are nice, C&P will do- Don't stress about formatting if you C&P. Someone will get a look and see if there's anything obvious amiss.

After almost 90mins on the phone i was advised that an engineer was needed. I have already had an engineer out to replace the router. Tried modem mode with the adviser. Was then left with the router in modem mode so i had to search using 4g as to reset it back to normal. 

I'm normally very tolerant of things like this, but this constant dropout through the day and exceptionally low and slow speeds is unacceptable. We pay over £100 a month and if this is not addressed i will be cancelling.
