Area 20 speed problem between 16:00-midnight every day

I am on the Vivid 200 tariff but at peak times speed drops to 3-4mb. I have been reading about problems elsewhere and possible solution not until mid January. I have contacted support on numerous occassions and they explained it will continue at peak times (16:00-23:00 and weekends)

Does anyone think they will fix it by then or will it just continue indefinitely in high utilisation ares?

I've been waiting over a year for this fix. Its been pushed back 5-6 times so I am not hopeful it will be fixed in Jan.

Sorry to hear about the fault in your area, I know how inconvenient this can be.

 

Looking at the fault I can see it's currently due for review on the 3rd May. If you didn't know, the fault ref is: F004889420.

 

We work towards review dates so we're unable to provide a firm resolution date at the moment. If you keep in touch with us we will be more than happy to provide progress updates.

The fault for "F004127409 has a new review date of 11/01/2017"   

 

 

Are you able to provide any update for this? Is it still on target to be fixed next week?

I just called support and they now inform me fault F004127409 has been pushed back to 26/04/2017.
Time to leave and find another provider.
