Area 20 speed problem between 16:00-midnight every day
I am on the Vivid 200 tariff but at peak times speed drops to 3-4mb. I have been reading about problems elsewhere and possible solution not until mid January. I have contacted support on numerous occassions and they explained it will continue at peak times (16:00-23:00 and weekends)
Does anyone think they will fix it by then or will it just continue indefinitely in high utilisation ares?
