Area 20 slow broadband download

Less than 2Mbps download for 2 days and I am paying for 150Mbps. Service status says no issues?

Once again we have no broadband. The good news is that there is currently a price increase happening which entitles you to leave virgin with no penalty. Gave my 30 days notice this morning. I'm just wondering how many more times we will be without Internet or tv over the next 30 days.

Really poor service from virgin.

Sorry to hear about the slow speeds you're getting at the moment. Can I please ask if you're testing your wireless or hard-wired speeds? Do you notice if your speeds change at different times of the day / night?

The problem exists on both hardwired and wireless connections. There is also no markable change at different times of the day / night.
