I have had pathetic internet speed since December 29, 0.2Mb down, 3Mb upload. When I phone it in I get a recorded message saying my postcode has an issue and then cuts me off. What is going on, good mind to take my business elsewhere, somewhere with decent service that is.
Just checked the service status and it says no known issues!!! Phoned the problem in and was kept waiting for 9 mins before getting cut off, not happy. The recorded message indicates the issue is known about, but is of a complex nature and would take a long time to sort out!! Help ??
