Area 20, extreme high latency at peak time. I 've been paying £43/month just for the broadband service, yet the performance is very disappointing. If the problem persists, I have to move on to other service provider. Sorry.
Exactly the same here.
Area 20. The last few weeks the broadband speeds are pretty dreadful.
I rarely get 50 meg and regularly get 2-4 meg.
Prices gone up, free speed upgrade and the service plummets like a stone.
I'll be off too, contract or no contract.
Can't see it being enforceable with dreadful speeds they are providing.
Same problem here. My broadband has been cutting out this evening. I had to restart the router 3 times.

Sorry to read that you are experiencing high latency.
I've taken a look at your connection, the line and hub have come back as fine. There are no faults reported and the network segment is running stable.
Are you able to create a Broadband Quality Monitor please as this will check the performance/packet loss/latency of the connection?
