Area 20 broadband speed at a crawl!

I have been putting up with low broadband speeds for a couple of months now, but for the past couple of weeks my speed has been at below 1Mbps when I pay for Vivid 100 at time it drops to 0.02Mbps this is just not acceptable. I telephone Virgin and they fiddled with my hub settings and got the speeds up to an acceptable level. This morning I tested the line at 6am and I'm back to 0.02Mbps! This case seems to be all over this form and Virgin seem to be doing nothing about it, luckily my contract is ended and I can start to look elsewhere for my broadband supplier.

This morning my service was again extremely slow 2Mbps – I reset the hub and now nothing! Great! I don't want to keep ringing Virgin to temporarily regain my service! Useless!
