Would appreciate any updates on broadband speed issues in my area of Portsmouth. All I can see in the service status is connection problems of windows 10 users, so I can't understand why its affecting my connection.
Just to let you know I'm over in the Lee On Solent area and I'm having the same issues.
Peaking at 3 mbps every evening for the last month and am unable to get hold of the support teams in the evenings. I'm guessing the only way to get hold of them is to have a day off work and sit at home all day trying to ring them.
Unfortunately I've pretty much decided to go back with Sky (unless Virgin can sort it very quickly) and let their switch over team handle it for me.
