I'm in the WA15 area and for over a week now my upload speeds have been painfully slow and my download speed not much better but livable with. Engineer confirmed all my equipment good and I was given free upgrade to 200 Gamer package. Problem still there though and when I check my neighbours and friends a few streets away their's is the same. Network engineers are now on the case. Just thought I'd post here to let others know.
Just been informed that my problem is an area fault but only restricted to a square mile around my WA15 postcode. Also been told that if it's not fixed today it will officailly be flagged on the system and be given a fault ticket. See my speeds below. I'm on Gamer vivid 200 and it's been like this for 3 weeks.
Happy days, we have a fix! Network just went down and after reboot of hub all is now good. My speed is wireless with the rest of my family surfing and xboxing too. 3 weeks to fix but special thanks to Alistair the engineer who kept me constantly updated, a very nice guy. Hopefully it stays this way.
