Area 18 - High Ping and Abysmal Speed

Over the last week I have been experiencing 500-1000ms ping and at maximum 3M/bs speed.

My hub has also been occasionally cutting out, displaying error number 2436694073 ( System over temperature )

The issue seems to eventually fix itself and my 70M/bs speed returns, but today the problem has lasted nearly half the day

 

The service status on the website shows no signs of issues in the area, and the 'run test' returns that the issue will be sorted, but so far no luck.

Thanks for posting and a warm welcome to the community.

 

Apologies that you are experiencing issues with your broadband connection.

 

I would like to check your line for any issues, however the Super Hub is showing as offline and not polling any data. Is the router turned off as not in use? When you are back online can you post some ping test results and the full network log please?
