Area 15 NW19 Slow Broadband

This has been an issue for more than a year now - having done a quick search in the forum.

I have been with Virgin Media since November with a 50Mb/s and the connection is about the speed of a 2Mb/s (download).

Is there any actual plan of addressing this issue or should I just change providers?

Just been on the phone to VM for like over a hour to be told there is nothing wrong that they can see there side with my speed lol...

more crap still only getting 8..should be 70...

if it ant right by a week ill put a stop on the direct debit and look into going with some one else...

what a way to run a business a .
