Anyone else in area 12 been having real problems with the broadband service recently. Used to be a really good service, but now v poor. Running the broadband service status always highlights no problems, but this is incorrect. First time in years thinking of moving provider

Sorry to hear about the slow speeds you're experiencing, I know this can become tiresome. Checking your connection I've noticed that all of your downstream power levels are out of range. I'll need to arrange for an engineer to call around to resolve this. I'll drop you a PM (purple envelope, top right) to arrange a visit.

Thank you for sorting the engineer so promptly. The speed increased dramatically to between 80 -100, but has now again dropped to circa 20 and then drops out completely. Not really sure what to do next to try and get a reliable service?
