My apologies you are having issues with your broadband speeds.
I've taken a look at the high peak time traffic fault in your area, with reference number F004388244 and it has a review date of 5th April. As this is a review date it can be subject to change due to the work that is required to improve bandwidth. This can involve; implementation of additional upstream and/or downstream channels, hardware upgrades at the CMTS, re-siting of street cabinets, digging up of roads/paths etc.
As this affects cable lines rather than post code area's, unfortunately it won't be listed on the Service Status page.
To discuss this further I have sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner).
Same problem for me in Area 04 Rowley Regis since December 2014 do not expect a quick fix it takes years before you even see the slightest of improvement, you have 2 choices stay and ask for a monthly bill credit or leave.
This is the poor quality of my Superhub 3 connection
