Area 04 - DY2 Poor speeds

I've had 200mb for over a year now, things have been fine up until recently.

 

I've been averaging 100-120 during the day and 80 or less at night.

 

It is NOT my hardware, I have speed tested on 2 high end computers both with cat 6 cables and gigabit lan.

 

Is the load high in my area? I've been through this before, If it is I'll be moving to sky.

Had a phone call this evening from Virgin Media confirming over subscription.

I will be terminating my service as soon as I am able to connect Sky Fibre.
