Extremely low speed. Best evening speed 30Mb/s but usually 10Mb/s. When is this issue likely to be resolved? I am utterly fed up with such a poor service and a poor response to phone calls. Initially told the service would be sorted mid Jan. That has been and gone and have now been told sometime in April. One very unhappy customer
It's all very depressing to be honest, I might just cancel and set fire to the money I'm paying instead, at least I'll get warmth from it
One of our customers called me at work today to ask where his goods were, as he was promised they would be delivered last week but they have yet to arrive and he paid a premium to guarantee fast service.
I told him I'm really sorry for the inconvenience but by looking at google maps I notice that there is an over utilization of the roads in his area. There is an expected upgrade due on March 30th but I reserve the right to change that date to some random time in the future all the while being very pleasant and courteous to give him the illusion that I'm being helpful.
He hung up and ordered his pizza from Domino instead
On a more serious note, dial 150 during office hours and demand to speak to a UK based customer service person, that's what I plan to do as I've been here before and it's the only way you get any proper answers or get some of your money back.
