Any update on the following fault: F003817285

Are there any updates on the following fault: F003817285 

 

Is this still scheduled for review on the 21st of December?

Having been with Virgin for just over a month and finding out I'd signed up and not been informed that the area has outstanding faults is very poor.

Why is virgin taking on more customers than they can actually provide for?

The reviews happen on the date. The date doesn't change.

It's just most reviews lead to another date.

Really sorry to see that you're being affected by an area fault. I've taken a look and I can see the review date is currently the 18th Jan.

 

Could you please bump this post on or after the 18th Jan for us to check again and provide an update.

Thanks for posting on the community.

 

Apologies you are still having issues with your broadband connection.

 

I've taken a look at the fault ticket and our engineers are still working on this to improve bandwidth with a review date of 12th April.
