So Virgin is well aware of the area 30 problems but tonight we hit an all time low.
Can't game and can't stream so only one thing left to do is post my displeasure on here.
I'm currently getting a refund but it's not good enough. A "Review" date is still 6 weeks away.

Contact the support/mods on the forum and they will forward your complaint to customer services if the fault is too much traffic.
Currently receiving £20 a month refund on top of my loyalty discount.
But I don't want money back I want to be able to stream 4k Movies on a Saturday night.
